I will never ever ever go to this location again, never! I was in the drive thur for 9 minutes, then when I got to the order board the person kept asking me to wait a minute while she was doing something else with another drive thur customer. Once my order was placed after 13 minutes in the drive thur and me complaining, she told me I can park and come in, no I can't, I'm hooked up to oxygen which was charging in my vehicle, that's why I came through the drive thur. This restaurant is so unprofessional from the manager with the red hair to the rest of their employees. They talk to you very rude through the intercom and just tell you to pull around. no hey how are you or anything. Also a guy took my order I order a large lemonade and when I pulled around the lady ask did I order a small lemonade? I said no a large. She then said oh they put the wrong size in and still took my card and charged it, by the time I got to the next window the manager handed me a small I said I asked for a large and I got charged already, she then presumed to go back and forth with me instead of communicating with the person in the back who charged me for the drink. wow. I've never been in a car thru so ghetto. the person in the first window fell the f bomb as soon as we pulled up. he continued to use vulgar speeches like more f bombs and the n word again and again, regardless of how two young children sit on the back. it was extremely respectful and disgusting. then we came into the second window and got the wrong bag of eating and then got a kick back to let them know that they gave us wrong food. when we were asked for a quitting, we were also pushed back as if it was the biggest question in the world. I don't even know the words to describe the experience I just had. shows the worst wendys on the earth!

Awful service. I pulled up and THREE people shrugged me off, not wanting to deal with me. I sat in my car idle for 20 minutes....watching the employees do their closing duties. Imagine how easy it would be to just say, Hello, we are closed . Instead they all glanced at me and continued their business for 20 minutes. Why is it so difficult to just say we are currently closed ? Especially when the hours of your location are not accurate. They made it way more difficult than it had to be. Just speak!! What awful customer service. They made it way more difficult than it had to be.
this place is terrible. they tell them to move forward so that they can deliver their order to them, and when they do, 9 times from 10 the order is wrong. in the night they go out old cold food. if this was a suppen kitchen or a kind of common food bank, I would be much more understanding. I don't expect to spend my money and get cold, old food.
