I don't know what the little girl name was at drive thru window at 330, but she was one of the rudest person I ever heard in my life. I asked her a question she said okay like she answered my question. Horrible service. I would have loved to rate 5 stars, but was met with a No ma'am when I asked if I could orderI 6 plain baked potatoes. She had a terrible attitude and proceeded to say I have 4 potatoes. Then asked me anything else. You can tell how miserable the people who work here are. Just rude, impatient and can never get your order right. This location is closer to me but I usually drive further to get to the one on Stage Rd. I always try to be patient and understanding because I know how it is working in fast food and retail but the rudeness I was met with today was the last straw. Just close this place already they never have anything you want, you never know what the next problem is going to be when you go here.

Food was not good. The boys at BOTH Drive thru windows need MORE training! The boy at the register can NOT do basic math over charged me. The boy at the pickup window can't comprehend basic English. The manager doesn't care about good customer service. I get that there are a shortage of workers, still HIRE better employees!
terrible terrible terrible service, breakfast ride through is an incredible time waste. it takes a long time to get someone to take their order, and when they do, they are rude. they never have coffee ready to breakfast, and it can get up to 10 minutes a simple sandwich
The location on Covington Pike is HORRIBLE!!!!! My order was completely wrong plus it was cold. My chicken sandwich was still frozen in the middle and my fries tasted freezer burned. The staff was rude and on their phones and the inside was filthy.
Sick of em. When they are not making up an excuse not to take your order they give you cold food. Like when will they hire staff that actually wanna work. I am just gone pass on by because the night shift just dont even care.
