We had an absolutely awful experience. We arrived at 11:50 PM, just ten minutes before closing. A young lady took our entire order, and then suddenly went silent. After waiting for a while and trying to get her attention with no response, we drove around to the window. One young man walked away, while another sat there scrolling on his phone with headphones on. Eventually, he came to the window and informed us that they were out of burger meat and only had chicken sandwiches available. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. Ew. I was starving and begged to go there, just to find out there was no frosty. So we got I think a 4 for 4 meal with a drink, burger, fries and nuggets. Chewy, looks crispy not really. The fries were super salty. Burger was just like bread, barley any meat. I feel bad because the people there looked exhausted. They were really nice though. Not to mention it was VERY greasy. Would and would not recommend.
This particular Wendy's consistently has issues. There have probably only been 5 times that I've been to this one where my order was correct and I didn't need to wait to either have something remade or added that was missing. The only reason that they get 3 stars instead of one is that the food quality is good because it's Wendy's. But the service is hit or miss and the orders are almost never accurate.
Good service. The young lady at the front desk was very nice to speak pleasantly, n very welcoming to me n my staff. Our food was served hot n we have it very fast. We also tried the new cookie Sundae n 2 of the new chicken sandwiches. We tried the ones with avocado n with the fried onions. Both were excellent n better than expected. Was so hungry too slow to photograph sandwiches lol.

The lobby was closed for some unposted reason. Staff blasting rap music inside. No straws provided and I walk back up to the window a second time as our vehicle is too tall to go though the drive-thru. Requested a plain burger in my mobile order, it was not plain; so back up to the window again. Very disappointing, and not my typical experience at Wendy's.
Not a good Wendy's. the few times I was on this one, they got the order wrong. I don't order complicated things either just one of the basic combinations from the menu. The food tastes always old here, is fresh never frozen at this place?
Apparently Wendy serves raw burgers now? Wendy's better hope my husband doesn't get sick from what he did eat of that burger. We definitely won't be going back to this one, if any of them!
Through the ride and the service was really slow. The vehicle in front of us has gone out before its order. We waited three minutes before we could order. No food complaints

We stopped for lunch, no one in line at the drive thru. Waited on right away, got our food fast. It was hot, even the fries. We just beat the rush.
The Slovene. Fast food restaurants. The inside of the restaurant is so rough that you stay on the floor when you run on it?
