Wendy's - Reservar una mesa

I've been to this Wendy's multiple times, and it seems like the food and customer service are slowly getting worse. I normally use the app to order my food ahead of time and specifically make changes to the toppings on my Baconator. They don't follow the instructions that I provided for my food order. They always seem to have enough people working to get the orders correct, but it still gets messed up. I asked for extra pickles today and didn't get any. I always ask for no mayo, and there is always mayo on my sandwiches. *Update. The food and customer service have been getting better over the past month or so! This used to be one of my favorite places to stop and get food after work. It was almost always fresh and the order was correct. After the remodel, it seems it is all new staff. The food quality is the same, but I sat in the drive through for nearly 35 minutes today. The parking lot only had several cars in it and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. I don't blame the staff, it looked like there were only 3 employees inside running the whole restaurant.

Food was hot and fresh and we received quick service. But I was given incorrect change for my cash and had to insist for them to double check to get my correct change (shorted $30). I also got incorrect items (regular nuggets instead of spicy). Simple mistakes on attention to detail is hurting an otherwise great service. I'm not a fan of raw meat...... So disappointed. We rarely go here, pretty sure we won't go again....
