This restaurant presents a modern and updated take on the classic Wendy's fast food chain, featuring an attractive exterior. We arrived at 3:30 PM and opted for the drive-thru. There were five cars ahead of us, and it took quite a while to get through, which is why I’m giving it four stars instead of five. Nevertheless, the food was excellent—hot, fresh, and delicious. When it was finally our turn at the window, they quickly handed us our order, suggesting that one particularly large order may have caused the delay. Overall, the restaurant is fantastic, and I believe they typically offer quick service. I truly enjoyed our experience!
I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy's. My burger was soggy, and the fries were greasy and hard. While I was eating, I saw a staff member at the window wearing a shiny coat. She handed me an open packet of ranch sauce, which I refused to take because it was unacceptable, and she rolled her eyes at me as if I were in the wrong. It’s frustrating that they seem to prioritize customers dining inside; when you're in your car, it feels like you're being ignored. Overall, I won't be coming back to this location. This Wendy's is not meeting expectations, and I believe I deserve a refund for my $20. @Wendys

On top of that, we received an extra soda, even though we only anticipated getting two (one with each combo), and we were thrilled about it. I will definitely be going back! I went to try the Italian Mozzarella Chicken sandwich, but after I had already paid, I was informed that they were out of mozzarella. When I asked if I could get a substitute, since mozzarella is a crucial part of the sandwich, all I received was a vague “let me check.” Eventually, a different person came to the window and just handed me the bag. There was no mozzarella or any form of compensation—just half of the sandwich I ordered and cold fries.
I was waiting in line for breakfast at 10:10 when an elderly woman came out and switched the sign from breakfast to lunch. Several people, myself included, got out of their cars, and some even voiced their frustration with curses. No explanation was given for why breakfast had ended. I had been waiting for quite a while, and it wasn't even close to 10:30 yet.
The service was a bit slow today, likely due to being short-staffed. However, the staff maintained a positive and friendly attitude while taking orders. They managed the situation well despite the lack of personnel. The food was outstanding, and I would definitely think about returning.
