First the person on the drive through speaker was kind of rude. Then they didn't say to pull up to the first window to pay so there was confusion Then. Then I got home and first my drink I was excited for because last time it was delicious, this time itwas disgusting. Then I noticed they didn't give me a whole burger or any chicken nuggets. I tried to call multiple times tofigure out a solution since I couldn't go back and they didn't answer.
The restaurant was understaffed and struggled to manage the orders. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food. When I asked about the delay, I discovered that my sandwich had been sitting just a few feet away on a table, waiting for the rest of the order to be completed.
Wendy's is consistently good, but their service is really slow. This is the third or fourth time I've experienced this in November. It's surprising that they haven't had crackers for four months, especially with Sam's Club, Walmart, and Costco nearby.
Wendy’s corporate computer is suppose to give a 6 digit code for customers to redeem coupon for a free sandwich on back of the receipt. Their computer gives a 5 digit code so can’t redeem the coupon. Don’t do the survey as it’s a waste of yourtime. Reserva una mesa ahora
Alberto is truly a standout! He braved the rain to bring me the water I left behind. If there's anyone who genuinely cares at this restaurant, it's him. Thanks, man! Just had to leave this review for Alberto.
They charged me for food they said they didn't have any then didn't refund my money and when I called they said oh we do carry that menu option you can come back if you want. Horrible customer service
Following my major surgery, I found myself craving a Wendy's Bacon Cheddar Baked Potato with sour cream and chives. Unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. Thank you.
Cheap pricing and fast service. III purchase the classic chicken sandwich with a Coke actually. Dr. Pepper and I also got a chili for cheese and onions. Thank you very much Reserva una mesa ahora
