DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS!!!! My real review is zero stars. The employees at this restaurant have the most disrespectful/disgusting attitude and it's EVERY TIME you go. First of all the man taking payments was on FaceTime while charging my card , second I pull up to the window to get my food and the girl throws the bag at me while I'm asking for napkins she says they're in the bag and slams the window shut before I can ask for more because of course there were none in the bag. After 5 minutes of trying to get someone's attention the other lady in the window finally opens it and when I ask for more SHE GAVE ME ONE....ONE SINGLE NAPKIN. I'm not sure if they thought this was funny but I sure didn't.... THIRD my order was wrong LOL !!!! This Wendy's is garbage ABSOLUTE TRASH STARTING MAINLY WITH THE EMPLOYEES. The fries are ok but they're ALWAYS COLD!
This is 100% the worst location in south Florida . The staff is incredibly rude, ignorant and full of attitude . Constantly closing the inside of the Wendy's whenever they see fit causing 45 minute Wendy lines . I thought this was fast food? Slamming windows in your face handing out 1 napkin per order, It's ridiculous. You know how bad a Wendy's has to be for someone to waste time and write a review about them?
The food is always good however the service sometimes makes me not want to come back. It's so difficult for them to say hello, or have a good day. I always go through the drive-through and I'm always in a cheery mood so my attitude towards everyone is always positive so their reaction to not say anything back to me is honestly terrible...
The staff working at night is horrific. The girl gives you attitude when you ask for missing items that you paid for. They filled the drinks half way and all cheese sauces are barely full and spill ALL over the bag. I don't know what's going on but the night crew sucks!! How is that girl still working there??
