Worst Wendy’s ever. This is the second time I’ve been here and it was terrible. The first experience the lady that took my order was rude as hell! The second experience, my order was very messed up. Total opposite of what I ordered but yet charged me for something completely different. When this was brought to their attention they laughed about it and were being extremely inappropriate about it.They made me park and told me they would bring the food out to me and 15 minutes later I still didn’t have my food. Order a Dave's single CHEESEburger and when I got home there was no cheese. Now I wouldn't care normally but the kids used the last of the cheese and I wasn't informed so I couldn't fix the problem at home. What really set me off was when I called the manager was so RUDE. Lady needs a day off or something to go get her attitude right.
Very bad service. The person who took the order did not confirm us at least 5 minutes, and then, when she did, she pretended not to serve us at all. It took a considerable amount of time to get the food and then when we were home to eat it, it wasn't that good either.
Food was hot,fresh and tasty. The only problem was they could not give back ANY change. I was to get back 42 cents and they didn't have it. It was either I lose my change or pay by credit card. Silly since my order was under $8. I try not to use my credit cards. ?

I came home and my bag was missing a hamburger. You do not answer a phone or email. So it was a heavy rainy day. I lost it. You never answered the email. How to check everything before you move there
This was supposed to be a Sausage Egg Swiss croissant .And the cashier was very unfriendly , Drive-thru this morning
You should be ready to spend 15 minutes (minimum) in line to make a drive through order $5 dollar a gallon of gas
