Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. They didn't provide me with a straw and refused to give me napkins. To make matters worse, they forgot my large fries, and I had to go back to get them. The tablet they used for my order was faulty, which caused a spill all over me. When I went to the drive-thru window, the staff were not accommodating. The manager, who I believe is the owner's wife, was quite rude to me, despite my attempts to remain polite. I would advise others to avoid this location and choose another Wendy's instead, as my family and I had very negative experiences here.

I placed an order through the app and went to pick it up, but they claimed they didn't have my order despite having acknowledged it. I ended up leaving empty-handed. Then, about 40 minutes later, I saw that my credit card was charged. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I went to Wendy to get a sandwich with my T mobile Tuesday you have to have the Wendy app I brought two sandwich the Manager were very helpful Im a senior havnt eating breakfast yet, Im happy , He listen,wasn't Smart mouth !!! Hot sandwich too.

Lobby and drive thru closed on a Saturday in the middle of lunch rush. No sign on the locked door, employees gave no reason over intercom and were all just around when we had to drive around to leave. Reserva una mesa ahora

The website and door indicated that Wendy's would keep the lobby open until 10 PM, but it was closed, and there wasn't even a sign on the door. However, the food was still good!

Food was good, drive through server seemed to be struggling with taking the orders. Felt like might be new so be patient.
