The best deals on the menu are the 4 for $4 and the $5 Meal Deal, which includes choices like the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Bacon Cheeseburger, or Cheeseburger, while the $5 Meal Deal features the Bacon Double Stack. Bad customer service, rude store manager. My order was screwed up big time. I ordered a burger with NO MAYO and they put extra on it the burger was uneatable had to throw it out they didn't send my drink the fries were cold like they had been in the fridge. I called the store the person answered was rude and NO help at all. Told me next time get up and come to the restaurant myself. I called the 888 number and got no one, I sent an email and still no reply that was 2 weeks ago. I'll never use the Wendy's app again and I'll never visit this restaurant again. This is the dirtiest Wendy's I've ever been to. Not only is the dining experience unpleasant, but the employees are also incredibly rude. I've never encountered such poor service in my life. While ordering at the drive-thru, I felt rushed and barely had time to finish my order before the staff rudely cut me off, saying that was it. When I received my son’s food, I found a large piece of hair in it. I was really frustrated because we were on our way to his game. When I reached the speaker to place my order, I thanked them, but received no response. I thought nothing of it and moved on to the payment window. I greeted the young lady there and handed her my card, but she just stared at me blankly and completely ignored me. I brushed it off and proceeded to the next window to pick up my food. When I received my meal from the young man, I thanked him as well, and he responded with, "Uh, I'm sorry, what?"

8/22/22 3:00PM Wendy's on Harlem and Madison in Oak ParkDON'T EAT AT THIS LOCATION...I went in to use the restroom before I ordered. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The women's restroom is so dirty I didn't even use it. I asked to use the men's restroom instead it was a bit cleaner but I didn't use it either. The sink was so dirty in the men's restroom it looked like it ain't been cleaned in weeks. I placed an order then asked to speak to the manager to bring it to his attention. Then I noticed the front counter how dirty it was and the restaurant wasn't even busy inside. I cancelled my order and asked for my money back. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like ??
This is one of the most disappointing franchises I've ever encountered. If you're planning to visit the drive-thru, be prepared to spend at least 15 minutes, even if you're just ordering a small frosty. This location has consistently provided a dirty experience for several years now. Each time I think to myself that maybe I just visited at a bad time, but they are always incredibly slow. I feel sorry for the employees who have to deal with frustrated customers; they certainly don’t deserve that. This place needs to shut down and start fresh with new management. I would advise anyone on a tight schedule to steer clear of this location.
We stopped by this restaurant the other night to grab a quick dinner on our way home, and we had a fantastic experience. The staff was outstanding; they noticed my kids and offered them apple slices, juice boxes, and toys from the kids’ meals for free, even though we hadn’t ordered any kids’ meals. That was such a thoughtful gesture and really made my kids happy! Despite being quite busy, the service was impressively fast. We were in and out in under five minutes, and our orders were accurate with hot, fresh food. We encountered no issues whatsoever. This is an excellent Wendy's location, and we will definitely be returning soon!
tries to order food here. I had to wait 10-15 minutes because of a shift. So I'll wait and go to the parking lot. after the time left and said that I had to wait the same for a change in the layer. So I'll go back to a parking lot. this time I'm moving around, out there are employees who talk through the running gear through the window and just have a good time with each other. So I waited my time and went back and was told the same exact thing. at this point I leave without food, such a waste of time!

This was my first time at this Wendy'slocation. I ordered the rib tip dinner which included rib tips, garlic bread, fries and Cole slaw. Everything was delicious. The staff was courteous and professional. The food was ready fast. I will definitely be going back.
