I believe it's time to say goodbye to this area and close down all the Wendy’s on the North Coast. Each visit seems to be worse than the last. There’s no proper service, no management oversight, and the food quality is disappointing. If there's a regional manager overseeing these locations, they should seriously reconsider their role. It’s almost disturbing how every visit feels like a step down – like you get the impression that the staff can't be bothered to engage with customers properly. It's unsettling. I wouldn’t be surprised if the employees were actually rude behind the scenes. Every restaurant in this area shares the same unfortunate experience. The good news is I'm finally over it....
What impressed me was that they replaced the frosty with a strawberry one and even included a complimentary cookie. They went out of their way to make things right, which many businesses wouldn’t bother to do. Because of their excellent service, I decided not to request a refund.
However, the downside for me was the strawberry frosty, which I found to be one of the least enjoyable things I've tasted. It had a really unpleasant aftertaste. Wendy's corporate team, I hope you'll consider bringing back vanilla as a second option or work on improving the taste of the strawberry frosty soon!
This location isn't like what it used to be. The floor was sticky like at a movie theater. It was also a bit cold. This location used to have comfortable padded booths and chairs. They had two TV's in the corners, and there was a place to sit and charge up your phone or laptop on the east wall by the window. The food, though, is always tasty as usual.
"I had an exceptional experience with the service. A friendly young man provided five-star customer service, and all the staff seemed genuinely engaged in their work. In today's world, it's easy for service to falter, but this team truly kept everything running smoothly. They deserve high praise!"

It was an absolute pleasure to go through the drive thru. I never in my life thought I would say something like that about a fast food restaurant. The staff here is extremely friendly and it caught me off guard. Cinthia, you're an huge asset to Wendy's and deserve some recognition. Thank you!
I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The cashier was extremely slow, and both he and the manager were unclear about the payment process. It felt more like a fast-food joint than a proper restaurant. I expected better service.
Cynthia and Carmen are two fantastic ladies! They are always friendly and helpful. These two rare gems truly deserve a raise for their consistently outstanding customer service! Thank you, ladies!
Have to shout out the staff here. Extra fast and always efficient. Andre up front is always kind and helpful. Food is always fresh and delicious. Keep up the great work!
