I was in Wendy's restaurant at 183rd and Harlem. I heard the manager yelling at a employee. Saying that he is stupid for using sausage patties instead of burger patties. Heard the employee tell the manager he made a mistake and grabbed the wrong box. At that time the manager fired the young man. And said get your white butt out of my store. this is very racist and I will never go back to this restaurant ever again. I noticed he was the only white employee in the restaurant working. I feel bad for that employee because this is discrimination against him because he is white and the manager is African American. I ordered two double stacks and got a free 10-piece spicy nugget offer. Unfortunately, the double stacks were not worth the $6; they were tiny! I hadn't been to this place in years, and it's really gone downhill. All three items were ice cold, even though I had just ordered them! The chicken nuggets were incredibly dry and hard, to the point where they hurt my teeth. It felt like they had been sitting out all day. This experience is exactly why I avoid fast food—and it was truly disgusting. I’m glad the nuggets were free through the app, but I left feeling completely unsatisfied. I regret even eating there. No, just no. I guess this is a joking teenage job for the summer I went a couple days ago, all teenagers and all of them were on their phones. Honestly quite disgusting didn't even wash hands after touching the phone to the food with no gloves watched them from the window. Asked for a 4 for 4 with ketchup and pickle on the cheeseburger simple right? No had everything on it besides ketchup, pickle, and the cheese wasn't on there, even though I asked for a CHEESEburger. Fries, cold and hard. Asked for ketchup in the side, got 2 barbecue sauces in stead for 4 meals. The three other 4 for 4s were fine but also had cold and hard fries. I wish I could of gave a 0 star or half star rating. 0/10

This restaurant consistently delivers good food quality. However, my experience with the service was quite different! During my last visit, I ordered through the app and was instructed to pull forward when I arrived for pickup. After waiting for 10 minutes and watching four other cars go through the drive-thru, I decided to go inside. As soon as the staff saw me walking in, they sent someone out to assist me. I have more to share, but unfortunately, the $5 bundles were very disappointing. We ordered the hamburger and chicken nugget bundle, along with a chicken sandwich. Both were cold, and the burgers were dreadful and stale. I had to throw them away. I really wish the burgers tasted as good as they did when Wendy's first opened! Back then, they were excellent!

Ordered a large and small frosty. They give me 2 small frosty. I tell the lady at the window I wanted a large and s small and she says she just goes off what the screen says. So basically, they’ll give you whatever they genius taking orders types in I guess. This is the worst Wendy’s around for sure.

Not the first time they've messed up our order. We ordered 2 big bacons and they gave me a regular bacon burger. They also charged me for the big bacon as you can see on the receipt so I'm not sure how they could've messed it up. 2 stars because food was good and fresh, just not what I asked for

has gone down lately and the personal does not care. always missing items from order and take too long. today 9/14 I waited for 7 minutes for coffee and kartoffel, I only got my coffee and had no time to wait for the staff with headphones, to send casually back into the fries. Got there a 12:25pm. Ordered, and in Less then 5 minutes I was Back to Work. And the Order was CORRECT.
