When dining in, we’ve eaten inside twice recently. Both times, the order counter was dirty and sticky, and there were flies everywhere. They got all over the food and buzzed around us while we were eating, which was really off-putting. I spent most of the meal swatting them away. The food and service were decent, though.
We also tried the drive-thru twice. The first time, our food was cold, and we discovered a long, dark hair in my daughter's cheeseburger. The second time, which was today around 12:30 PM, the food was warm, and the fries were acceptable, but yet again, there was a huge dark hair in my burger!
Do the employees not wear hair nets? Are they not held to cleanliness standards?...
This is the only Wendy's I’ve found since the one on Carson Street in Long Beach. I truly enjoy dining here in Lakewood. The food is always delicious, fresh, and served hot. My favorites are the baked potatoes and the classic cheeseburger. I've been coming here since 1993, and the customer service has always been outstanding. I appreciate the family-friendly atmosphere, which allows me to enjoy my meal while observing the cars and people passing by. I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I stopped by for a quick lunch, and the staff was incredibly kind and dedicated. Despite the long line forming, they all kept a positive attitude! My order was taken and delivered quickly, all with friendly smiles. I caught the name of one of the lovely ladies who helped me—Joesaphina (I hope I spelled that correctly). She was so sweet! I truly appreciate the hardworking people who continue to smile, even during busy times. I will definitely be returning! I journeyed all the way from Australia on a quest to find the best burgers in LA, and so far, Wendy's is at the top of my list. I would give it a higher rating than In-N-Out, Fat Freddy's, Red Robin, and at least six other chains.

The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding—I truly enjoy it! The food is excellent too, and when it comes to delivery, your order is always prepared quickly. They never make you wait!
I had a terrible experience with the ghost pepper chicken sandwich—after just one bite, I couldn't eat anymore. I won't be returning to this place. I ordered food this past Saturday.

The atmosphere at Wendy's is always clean and inviting. The restaurants are usually bright and well-maintained, and the seating is comfortable.
