everything we stop at this local order is not right. Eat is cold, it has been almost 2 months of sense that we were at this place and went to the house tonight and the half of the order was missing. they have phone calls from the hook, so you can't call. not in a position to go back to pick it up because my son simply had an operation and got it in the house.
Go to this location every 2 weeks for over a year. Last time food was cold...fries...sandwiches. All of it. Like it had been prepared ahead of time and left to sit for a while. Sent a message and no response. Not sure will go back.
The restaurant was understaffed during my two recent visits, resulting in long wait times at the drive-thru. However, the lady at the window was extremely friendly and made the experience more enjoyable.
Honestly, this restaurant has really gone downhill. I wouldn't count on being able to just walk in and grab a quick meal. The service is slow and disappointing. I would rate the food 3 out of 5 stars. Reserva una mesa ahora
Value has slipped alot. Value being a factor of quantity and price. Quality of product has also decreased. Atmosphere is nonexistant as no one eats at our local restaurants any more.Food: 3/5
The person did not listen to. Me when she took my order gave me small order instead of medium, sandwiches were put together sloppy, if it weren't for th fries I would go some place else
Drive through moved quickly. the cashier was friendly. However they did not give the sugar cookie we ordered for the kids meal. Still have to check bags before you leave.
A great place to get lunch. Wendy's is a downtown staple in Newark. It's been there a long time. Always has been good for our community and I support this place. Reserva una mesa ahora
I've been waiting in line for 30 minutes and I haven't even reached the order window yet. I don't understand why it's taking so long to sell someone some fries.

"Waited for the food for more than 40 minutes. Asked how much longer we have to wait for the food they said 20 more minutes. Paid 20$ for the tap water with lemonade powder and left. Disappointed"
