Very lousy experience. All I got was a biggie bag and they took 20 minutes to get it done; not living up to the fast part of fast food . Granted, there were a lot of people in line in the drive through, but i was watching, and they weren 't putting orders out there very quickly either; maybe one every couple minutes, and for fast food, you need to finish around one order a minute or quicker, even if it takes a few minutes for one order to get done. The food was lukewarm by the time i got to my car and tried it. The kid at the counter looked completely lost (maybe he 's new? I don 't fault him so he probably wasn 't trained very well. Ordered at drive up a couple weeks ago. Orders 4 medium combo meals. Two of the sandwiches were not what was ordered so I did their survey and manager called me back to offer two free combo meals. When I went to get those combo meals I was told they had to be small, not medium like I originally ordered which I thought was pretty chintzy on their part but I took my free meals anyway. Well, when I got home the order was wrong again. A sandwich was supposed to have a pretzel bun and it was just a regular bun. Avoid this Wendy’s at all costs, they can never get an order right, no matter how simple.
We generally come to Wendy's for lunch, but this time, it was for breakfast. And I have yo say, I will never come here again for breakfast. For a fast food place, the cost of a combo meal was ridiculous. 2 breakfast combos cost us $18 &change. For that price we could have gone to Black Bear and had a wonderful, full meal, with change back. Our Wendy's food was sub par, but the coffee was good. We will not come here again for breakfast.
I think they're punking me. I ordered a Dave's double with cheese and mustard only. They sent out my burger with cheese, mustard and ketchup. I sent it back. The second one came out with cheese and mustard only, like I ordered. But the amount of mustard wasn't enough to cover a nickel. Guess I didn't realize how expensive mustard is. Glad I didn't order thru the drive thru.
