I’ve been visiting this restaurant for many years, and the staff usually provides standard service that meets expectations. There was one instance where the service was so poor that I stopped going for almost a year. However, today I felt compelled to acknowledge the outstanding service I received. The young lady at the drive-thru window around 4 PM was incredibly warm and friendly! Her eye contact and huge smile were refreshing and not something you often see in fast food service. Great job!
Terrible ... slow staff, line out the door, orders always wrong. Easily the worst Wendy's I've been to. Most of the staff are high school kids which is fine but typically you don't hang out with and talk to your friends while there's a line that long at work
Today I went to this store to eat inside and the door was closed. It’s currently 6 pm and I wanted to go eat with my daughter and both of the doors closed. I’d like to know what is the reason .
Absolutely terrible experience. The girl at the microphone was very respectful, but the service was lacking. When I told her I couldn't hear her, she smiled but spoke even quieter. Reserva una mesa ahora
The service was quick and the food was served hot. The staff was very friendly, and I had no issues during my visit. I highly recommend this restaurant!
a little disappointed went to go and the door was locked, so it forced 4 customers to go through the drive thru and a few others left the line
Excellent customer service, very quick, and everything is fresh. I highly recommend this Wendy's over the one on Oak Street.
