I would give this restaurant 5 stars, but I’ve noticed some issues with the new employees. The male shift leader deserves 5 stars, as does Deb, who is always attentive. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and lacked flavor, and my online order has been incorrect twice. I wish the app had a feature that allowed me to ask specific questions before placing my order. After the pandemic, it seems that the new staff members are still adjusting, and I recommend double-checking orders – especially with drinks. It’s essential for the staff to ensure that online orders are accurate and that all notes are carefully read.
I have one question: who manages this establishment, and why aren’t you paying attention to your reviews? Any business should aim to be profitable, but it’s clear this location is struggling. The staff is rude, and the lobby is a mess. I waited in line for 15 minutes, watching employees climb over the counter to give free food to their friends, and not once did anyone take my order! It’s disappointing that this location carries the Wendy’s name because they’re tarnishing its reputation. Trust me, it’s worth driving to the next location instead, as this one is terrible.
I understand. they are busy. they need 2 shifts. but that means that because I just spent $47, that I have to wait 10 minutes until a frosty that was not added to my order from the cash. the manager was there and only concerned about the change of the layer while the customers wait unattended. not just me. the couple behind me had to go back because they were 4got 1 of their burgers. no good experience.
there is a man named klear who took my order today and made my whole day. I told him I didn't have a good day and he heard me and talked about it. this act of ease was imo over the call of duty for our fast food workers. Thank you. klear, you're the reason I'm coming back? 10/10 most beautiful worker here

I was really excited when I saw seasonal fruit on the menu. Upon bringing this up to the cashier, she just took them away from me and wandered off. I stood there for a minute or two and nothing happened. No contract from any other staff member. I was out of time for lunch so I left. Won't be back
Strawberry frosty is the best. Service needs improvement as this location is not the friendliest. They have an older lady that is very unpleasant everytime I go. Luckily the strawberry frosty keeps me going there.
looks like they're always unhappy. eating is always cold, I try to give them the advantage of the doubt. but it was every time I go. byron center is much better, fresher and friendly.
I always receive my order accurately at this place. The food is prepared quickly. The woman who made my sandwich was really nice; I believe her name was Suyapa. Thank you!

Went through drive thru tonight and everything was great. Employees inside all were working hard to get food out. Food was great. Hot and yummy!
I mean it's Wendy's what more do I say, most of the employees are friendly. Gonna say most of the time my order is correct and fast service.
