We used to love coming to this wendys. They werefast and had great staff (until they got fired). A fewweeks ago, an employee was supposed to lock thedoors behind us because they couldn 't take anymorepeople in the dining room. I tried the new pub sandwich, which I absolutely love, so I encouraged my family to give it a try as well. I ended up ordering three of them along with some other random dishes for family members who weren’t interested in the sandwich. I also ordered three Frostys—two strawberry and one chocolate. I noticed they had just received a new batch of strawberries, so I understood it might take a few extra minutes to prepare. They apologized when the machine was running, but I wasn't too concerned; it really only took about 20 minutes in total. I went for a little break during that time. I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The older lady with pink hair was surprisingly rude for no apparent reason. It took her forever to respond to my order, and when she did, her tone was extremely curt. I made sure to say please and thank you, but she remained consistently unfriendly. When I approached the window, she gave me a dirty look. I expressed my gratitude every time she handed me something, but she just stared at me blankly. When I wished her a nice day, she looked at me as if she were ready to lash out. I've never been treated so rudely in any restaurant before. It was completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

This morning, I ordered the Breakfast Baconator, and when I got to the speaker, the man asked me what came with it, as if he had no idea. I thought he was just trying to be funny, but when I got home, I discovered there was only cheese and bacon in the sandwich. To make matters worse, the other two sandwiches I ordered were missing cheese and sauce as well. It's frustrating to pay nearly $15 for a dry sandwich on stale bread. Me and my friends came here and they forgot our fries, then we went around and got them, then we went home and there was no spicy chicken nuggets? So we go back and we go through the drive way and tell them they forgot the nuggets and then the girl said the manager will speak with you and then we got our nuggets finally 5 minutes later.

by far the worst order I have ever received from two of the worst contributors I have ever seen. the fries looked as if they had blown all burned crumbs on them. the chicken sandwich was so disgusting as if it had penetrated into oil after cooking. I want to talk to someone when they see it.

Staff was short handed, but they stayed very friendly the whole time. Line was long but I give them a lot of credit for the work they were doing. I would still highly recommend them that crew worked very hard you could see some people had big orders. So yes most definitely would recommend

Just went there thru drive thru ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit a classic sausage egg and cheese and a med potato. Tell me why I have no chicken on my biscuit ? Called to complain and no one answers the phone. Definitely do better Wendy’s ! Reserva una mesa ahora

I had the BURNED bacon, egg cheese croissant. It must have been a mobile special that morning, because I don't remember ordering the BURNED bacon version of the sandwich. They were also out of coffee that morning.

Was extremely rude to my friends. Made my friends feel stupid over Wendy’s OWN mistakes. Def not returning, don’t go unless you wanna get yelled at and banned.
