I had a great experience at Wendy's! The burgers were easy to order and very delicious. The baconator was my favorite it was fresh and had great flavor. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Overall, I would highly recommend Wendy's to anyone looking for a great burger experience. If you're ever in the Wayne area and looking for a quick, tasty bite, Wendy's is the place to go. I was hesitant at first because it's not exactly on my way home, but I'm glad I stopped. The manager or supervisor working at 1 AM, sporting large hoop earrings, was quite rude during my visit. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a baked potato and cheese, along with a regular drink. However, she insisted that I had ordered "cheeses," which I did not. I clarified that I wanted a baked potato with cheese, not "cheeses." Additionally, she neglected to include the fries in my bag. It seems they often fail to pay attention to orders and like to place the blame on customers. Overall, my experience was frustrating due to the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service.
I just received my delivery for six people, and can you believe that only three of us got our meals? They completely missed three entrees! It ended up being a disaster as we had to order for the other half again, which was really frustrating. The management seems to not care at all—whether they need to shut down completely or open another location, it’s evident they need to improve. This experience was simply disappointing!
Wendy's is always great. Burgers are made fresh daily from fresh, never frozen, meat. Fries are fresh and crispy. Staff is always friendly and gets you in and on your way. One can never go wrong going with Wendys!!

The fries were cold, and the chicken sandwich wasn't served hot, although it tasted fresh. The staff also seemed to be in a hurry. Overall, it wasn't the best Wendy's I've visited. Food rating: 3/5.
The nuggets and fries were still crispy when I received them. Everything was perfectly packaged, and they didn't forget to include napkins, a straw, or the sauce!

I didn't receive the bun for my burger; instead, they just gave me lettuce. How am I supposed to enjoy the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo like that?

The chicken was hard. I only had four pieces-not sliced apples and the lettuce was welted and discolored. I was very disappointed.
The cheese fries had no cheese, and they forgot to give me two orders of sour cream and chive baked potatoes.
