The dining room is always closed when I go to the Lake Ave/Glendale location and I'm not sure why. The drive thru was actually not busy when I went at 7pm on a Sunday night which made me very happy. The girl who took my order was very friendly and the guy who took my money was also very friendly. I guess because my order was over $50, there was an issue with the register and it didn't want to take the managers finger print, but they had a way to get it taken care of and they were very apologetic. My order is always correct and hot and the customer service is always friendly. The drive thru has issues and tends to be very slow, but not tonight.
I worked there for 3 months and have to say they are very ghetto,they don't cook the bacon all the way and play music on the speakers, customers are usually unsatisfied with the attitudes of the employees and the people who run the store hired there kids for management and there kids don't run anything right,there bathroom is poorly taken care of,I recommend you shop at mcdanolds
Today, October 8, 2022, at 2:15 PM, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Biggie Bag with a double stack burger, BBQ sauce, and a peach Sprite without ice, along with a Jr. cheeseburger. When I got home, I discovered that my fries were soggy, and I only received half a container of fries along with just three nuggets. This was very disappointing!
The food is always good and fresh sometimes it is best to go instead of the drive thru Not because they do not work hard to do the orders, but because most of us are too lazy to get our car so that they block the drive thru section

I’m not sure who this young lady was. But she gave me the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Respectful, nice, always smiling and very courteous. Something you don’t get nowadays. Great experience.

One of the best Wendy in the Rochester area .very polite very nice amazing and strong team.. floor and diner floor always super clean the staff is super amazing super sweet .. love to come here ....
The staff was very rude and gave me attitude when they forgot to bring my drinks and cheese sauce. When I got home, I found that the cheese dip had congealed!
