I had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant recently. The manager refused to let me place an order inside because I hadn't used their mobile app. The drive-thru line wrapped around the building, and there was no one inside to help customers. After a long day at work, this was incredibly inconvenient and felt like an unnecessary push to get me to use an app I didn’t want to use. I entered the lobby and was informed that they were only open for online pickup, which was fine. However, when I went to the drive-thru and reached the window, the employee asked what I had ordered. I replied that I wasn't sure and asked them to tell me. The worker was rude and looked at me as if I were the one who had made a mistake with the order. Dave, please consider hiring better staff.

I placed an order through Uber Eats, and the delivery driver informed me that one of the staff members at the restaurant was quite rude to them. The employee was reportedly tossing food into the bag, which could potentially damage it because of the excessive force, and they were complaining about customers walking in while not recognizing that Uber orders should be prioritized.

The sign says they open at 6:30 AM on Thursdays, and Google agrees with their hours, so I showed up at 7:45 AM. After waiting for five minutes, I was told they weren’t open yet. I was really looking forward to it. This is disappointing, Wendy. Reserva una mesa ahora

I always love Wendy's they always go above and beyond even when the customer or patron does not have much money they still find a way to accommodate we need more fast food restaurants like Wendy's in Jonesboro on Tara boulevard

My recent visit would have been enjoyable if it hadn't been for some thoughtless drivers in the drive-thru. They permitted one person to collect their order instead of handling the situation appropriately.
