I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant recently. The manager wouldn’t allow me to place an order inside because I hadn’t ordered through their mobile app. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, and there was no one inside to assist customers. After a long day at work, this was incredibly inconvenient and felt like an unnecessary push to force me into using an app that I didn’t want to use. I plan to reach out to corporate, as I believe the primary goal of any business should be to make money while providing excellent customer service—not turning customers away for not using a mobile or online ordering option. I placed an order through Uber Eats, and the delivery driver informed me that one of the staff members at the restaurant was quite rude to them. The employee was reportedly tossing food into the bag, which could potentially damage it because of the excessive force, and they were complaining about customers walking in while not recognizing that Uber orders should be prioritized.

Went into lobby and was told they were only open for online pickup. Ok that 's fine but went to drive thru and reached the window...worker said what you had . I said I don 't know u tell me...rude and looking at me like I 'm the one who messed up theorder. Dave please find better workers

The sign indicates that they open at 6:30 AM on Thursdays, and Google confirms their hours, so I lined up at 7:45 AM. After waiting for five minutes, I was informed that they weren't open yet. I was really looking forward to it. This is not cool, Wendy. Reserva una mesa ahora

I always love Wendy's they always go above and beyond even when the customer or patron does not have much money they still find a way to accommodate we need more fast food restaurants like Wendy's in Jonesboro on Tara boulevard

My last visit would have been pleasant if it weren't for some inconsiderate drivers in the drive-thru. They allowed one person to pick up their order instead of addressing the situation properly.
