Usually it's a decent experience with the drive thru and I know they are short staffed at all restaurants or they are motivated. We decided to go in there this afternoon. My husband said he wont he back. They didn't have a working register because sofocused on drive thru, so guy took order on paper. Friendly staff and especially seem to be Manager, but wrong order, they don'tpay u hardly any attention coming to eat indoors because way too focused on drive thru and I'm very understanding extremelybusy, but too me at least acknowledge u. Took about 30 minutes before someone took an order , this was inside at the Register. they seemed to be getting out drive through orders much faster and completely ignoring people in line inside. I watched 3 people leave while I was there. My fault really for eating anywhere instead of bringing my lunch today. I won’t be back here for sure. I guess people have just stopped caring and that includes managers. If you don’t want to do dine in then close the doors.
I hate the new fries! The quality of the food has fell off TREMENDOUSLY. The burgers taste dry and fake. They are smaller and the jr bacon cheese burger is not included with the 4 for 4 anymore so don't even bother going, but back to those fries. They are hard, waay too crispy and taste like cardstock. The only saving grace is their frosty. Even though the machine was down I was able to get at least a chocolate one though the vanilla was out.
The inside had 1 customer at a table. The drive-through had a long line. We went inside to order. It took quite some time to be waited on but our food was ready quickly and correctly. The staff was upbeat as and polite.Staffing shortages are a major issue for the food service industry in our area. Would uh ave given 5 stars except the machines were out of caffeine free sodas.

saw on the order screen waiting for about 15 minutes until someone take my order when they finally take my order, I could hardly hear the speaker so that I basically only said my order and hoped that they could get me here and when I came into the window to get my food, the dame had an appointment when I asked her to repeat my order.
My advice. Don't come here. They make each car wait 15 20 minutes BEFORE they even acknowledge your presence. Then after 15 20 minutes of waiting you place your order and without an apology they get your order then tell you we are out of what you are ordering so now you have WAISTED 15 20 MINUTES and nothing to show for it
Worst Customer Service ever... I ordered online and was told they don't have a carryout when it was stated that way on the app. Then some manager ot something was rude and stated they don't do that here but when I walked to the drive through my order wasalready there... just bad service.
My cousin used to work at this Wendy's for several years, and I must say it is one of the better ones I have been to. 9 times out of 10, they get the orders for drinks perfectly right.

The wait is terrible! Especially the drive thru. Its the worst when you get stuck in their drive thru and can't get out. This used to be one of the best fast food restaurants in Pearl.
