I felt compelled to write a review after many visits, though never under these exact circumstances. I typically don't go to a Fast Food Drive-Thru at 11:00 AM, but when I do, I usually order just one item. In this instance, I ordered a large fries and a small fries. Unfortunately, the fries I received were cold and stale, as if they had been sitting out for an extended period of time. I didn't expect freshly cooked fries, knowing they take time to prepare, but I assumed they wouldn’t give me old fries since that was all I ordered. I was sadly mistaken. From now on, I’ll request my fries without salt in hopes of getting a fresh batch. I shouldn't have to do their job for them!
I felt the need to write a review after so many times not doing so in similar situations. Normally, I don’t visit fast food drive-thrus at 11:00 PM, but when I do, it’s usually just for a single item. This time, I ordered a large fries and a small fries. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and limp, as if they had been sitting around for an indefinite period. I don’t expect them to prepare fresh fries immediately since I know it takes time, but I was surprised they would serve me old fries when that was all I ordered. Moving forward, I’ll specifically ask for my fries without salt just to make sure they prepare them fresh. I shouldn’t have to manage their service for them!
Horrible hamburgers, every time. This Wendy's location is the closest to my house, I have given it so many tries but today was the last. Ordered a Chicken Assiago and a Cod sandwich, both had nothing to do with the picture they have on the menu. You can tell they put no love into making these burgers. Take your money and go to Burgers and Shakes, for almost the same amount of money you get excellent burgers ans it is super close.

Horrible service in drive through. I went there an hour ago the cashier was wearing gloves. I noticed she handled the last customer's cash with the gloves then goes directly to handle my soda lids. I'm with my family. I politely asked her to be mindful of what she's doing she went off on how she can change her gloves that it doesn't help. I asked for my money back she quickly agreed and made sure it went to the floor.
I gave this restaurant a 3-star rating because during my last visit, the restrooms were dirty and unkempt. There was water and paper towels scattered all over the floor. Additionally, some of the employees were rude and service was slow. On a positive note, their Asiago Ranch Sandwich is consistently good, and their fries can be tasty as well, but it really depends on who is preparing them.
Absolutely terrible! I went in and ordered the pub chicken sandwich along with a lemonade. Since the bags are now sealed, I didn’t bother checking my order. After driving for just 2 minutes, I opened the bag and found the fries were old and cold! The sandwich was just as bad—stale and cold—and the lemonade was watered down. I ended up throwing my food away and considered it a donation.
I encountered an employee who rambled on nonsensically while his microphone was on and displayed a bad attitude. I don’t know his name, but he was working as a cashier around 9 PM on July 23, 2020. I definitely won’t be returning.

The menu board was out. Couldn't see what to order. Manager was rude and short and told me to move on as I was wasting his time!
The drive-thru service was excellent, and the staff was very well-trained.
