Stopped here to grab a bacon and cheese potato. The manager took my order she is extremely rude. No customer service at all. Had to ask for condiments felt like she felt annoyed. Other customers were trying to enter on the other side of the building but the doors we locked. I let à gentleman knows to come to the other side of the building. He started letting in customers that were trying to get in through the locked doors while he was waiting on his food. Another customer was served that came in after him before he got his food. What a shame. Customer service does not hardly exist anymore. Wow!
Says they close at midnight. But really they stop everything at 10:30. They don’t take orders from drive thru, had a line sitting there and no one answering by the intercom. Once you drove away you see all the workers at the window standing there staring at the line not doing or saying anything. and they lock up so no one can come in. Going to be calling corporate to report this incident. Horrible service. They should update their times and put when the actually close or stay open when they are supposed too.
Clearly incompetent staff. The manager said that there was a 30 minute wait for food because they were under staffed even when they had 0 customers. I'm not exaggerating at all: there was no one there. It was 745 pm. This is not the 1st time this has happened at this location. I have worked in fast food and know that should never be the case. If things are that bad, they should be closed.
Every time I come to this location I will order myself or my kids chicken nuggets I will even remind the employee to put bbq sauce in the bag. For some reason maybe the bbq sauce comes out of the employees check because they never put it in the bag. Too busy trying feed their faces while on the job. Will never come to this location again

I ordered fried dishes with speckkäse, but when they arrived, they were still cold. The staff was not friendly at all when I mentioned that there was water on the floor that made it feel unsafe. No one addressed the issue. I also saw an employee take a chicken nugget out of the basket, only to put it back again. It was quite disgusting.
I ordered 2 10pc nugget meal, they gave me 8 pieces in one and 9 pieces in the other and one of my nuggets had mold on it. When I came back, they tell them that they had a refund and only a bit of 10pc (was actually 9 pieces) nuggets instead of the meal we had originally ordered. we were just hungry and stayed home because it was late.
In these challenging times, everyone is doing their best, and the team here is no exception. I was addressed as "sir," and the service was prompt. I believe that as fuel prices decrease, they will have more accessible products to work with, leading to more consistent and timely deliveries. We're all in this together.
Probably one of the best Wendy’s. The food was cooked perfectly, the young boys who helped us were very polite. We had a little wait in the drive-thru but with how polite the staff was and the food being cooked so perfectly they get 5 stars. (This Wendy’s does not offer military discount.

Bathroom was disgusting. Someone had number 2ed all over the toilet seat and when I tried to tell management they said they didn't want to hear about it right now! Tables were all dirty and I had to clean one myself so that I could sit at it to eat.Food: 4/5
