This restaurant is quite inconsistent. You never really know what to expect. Sometimes the food is great, and the staff is friendly, but more often, the meals are disappointing, and the service isn't pleasant at all. I can tolerate subpar service if the food is worth it, but that’s rarely the case here. It's uncommon to see the same staff members more than once. Since there are only two semi-decent dining options in Mt. Washington, folks often end up here because there are few alternatives. While Wendy's prices aren't cheap, it's frustrating to pay for food that's barely edible. However, I will note that I didn't have any issues with the breakfast, and the morning staff are kind.
Consistent issues plague this restaurant. The manager is rude and seems uninterested in their job. We waited in the drive-thru until there were only two cars left. I decided to go inside to place my order, and there was only one other customer present. The manager, after throwing their gloves in the trash, commented that they would “come to us if they could” and suggested we go outside. This place should really be shut down. The level of service is unacceptable, and it’s concerning to see children wandering around while management is not only unhelpful but also hostile towards customers.
I had a delightful experience at this restaurant. The drive-thru line was short and the service was efficient. Our order was accurate and complete, and we even managed to get a strawberry frosty close to 10 PM! Additionally, the staff was very polite. I would highly recommend this location, but I don't want to overwhelm the team or diminish the experience, so I’ll keep it to myself.
This is the worst Wendy 's of all time. The drive through is glacially slow. I mean it 's just Wendy 's, not fine food. If it 's not fast, what good is it? When I asked for my money back, because I had someplace to be and was just out of time, the woman leaned out the window and yelled don 't come back! You can count on it.

The food has consistently been tasty and served hot, but the service is quite slow. As for my dietary restrictions, I can only have meat and cheese, and they've never gotten my order wrong!
I had a positive experience at this Wendy's location, but keep in mind that I've only dined here once. The staff were friendly, the food was hot and fresh, and the tables were clean!
The lunch food was very fresh, and I appreciate the efforts of the employees. It was better than what I've experienced at other fast food restaurants. Thank you!
First time eating Wendy's breakfast. Had both sausage egg biscuit and bacon egg croissant. Both were very good. I will go back again.

FrostyChino tasted like a day old coffee mixed with water. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unless you like watered down coffee this is your place
