I visited this Wendy's for a chili lunch, but the experience was disappointing. The manager failed to prepare the chili for two hours because they forgot to start it. Instead of addressing the situation, they continued to play on their phone during our wait and did not offer a refund until I asked about it through text messages, even sending pictures to others for support. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I recommend avoiding this Wendy's due to the rude and unprofessional behavior. However, I want to note that the staff were very nice and apologized for the manager's conduct. I typically don't write reviews, but having been a manager at Wendy's five years ago, I believe this...
It was lunchtime and the drive-thru was super busy... I thought it was going to be a long wait. Surprisingly... it was soooooo fast! I 've got to say... the host, Robert was just a joy! He was so welcoming, friendly and articulate! He had a smile in his voice and I really appreciated it. He had that drive-thru running at top speed and yet didn 't make us feel rushed at all.The cashier, Artelia was all smiles and equally Johnny on the spot . I had the order in less than a minute and was driving away.This is the very best Wendy 's I have been to in all my years! Extremely well run with top notch employees, quick service and no mistakes on the order. VERY IMPRESSIVE!
Disgusting. Awful experience all around. I honestly didn’t think any dirty Wendy’s even existed until I came here. When I went to get our drinks the pop dispenser sprayed everywhere…I cleaned off the spout and pulled off straight mold from it. I had to tell the gentleman out order multiple times and it still came out incorrect. After paying they told us they were out of regular nuggets, they didn’t have any bbq sauce, the ketchup dispenser wasn’t filled, the pop was warm and they had no ice. The only thing I can say is that the employees are very kind! We will not be back, and highly discourage anyone else to come
The location is convenient, and the food is typical of Wendy's, but the service was satisfactory. Unfortunately, the interior door has been removed, which means that in the colder months (like now), the dining experience is disrupted by frigid gusts of wind whenever the outside door is opened for someone to enter or leave. We were seated in the expanded area and felt a blast of cold air each time someone walked in, which really detracted from our meal. We ended up wanting to leave as soon as possible.

Just ordered a biggie bag. Easy enough... right? They up sized my combo without even asking me. Which to me is very shady business practice. Give your costumers what they ask for not what you want to sell. Order was correct but their fry oil was so dirty the fries and nuggs left a bad after taste. I suggest driving to the next location.
The place was very dirty; the seats, tables, utensil station, and restroom were all in poor condition. The food was just okay, but the beverage machine that allows you to mix your own drinks was out of order and covered in splatters, reminiscent of the overall cleanliness issues in this establishment. I won't be returning.
I paid roughly $13 for the the triple cheeseburger meal, with large option. Is it too much to ask for more than one pickle and not a whole slice of onion. Attention to detail should not dismissed because you are rushed to deliver food.
Typically really quick. Not sure why I have to pull ahead to wait for my order to be brought out if there's no one behind me. Not a big deal, just odd. Food is always hot and fresh!

not a place to go if they need lunch quickly. this place is consistently slow. they also have a bad habit of increasing only their meal without asking so carefully.
we've been through these. the service was somewhat slow, but the person in the window was friendly and cheerful. the apple pecan chicken salad was delicious!
