I was shopping tonight and was super thirsty. I love that Wendy’s has the opportunity to get flavored drinks like my favorite dr. pepper and I stopped getting one. there was a person in front of me and I didn't think I waited long or something, but the manager in the service gave me my drink at the house. I wish I had noticed his name. it was a small gesture, but so sweet and very appreciated. the customer service is missing from these days, but it is an stellar example.
Wendy's fared much better in the fast food realm. Drive-through service was quick and the crispy chicken sandwich was cheap and delicious! Make sure that you pay attention to the drive through lanes in this building as there are separate drive-through lanes for Tim Hortons. Might get a little challenging if the Lane start wrapping around.
Normally Wendy's is my GO-TO for fast food but lately they've been slacking. I've been there twice and they have forgotten to put any ketchup on my burger and my fries had no salt on them either. Kinda disappointing when you have your mouth fixed for a certain taste and it gets denied lol

Poor service. We stood at the counter over 10 minutes, 3 people behind the counter looked at us and the looked away. When they finally waited on us, they were very rude and acted like we were intruding.
it's an older wendys. a little slow for driving waiting times. but at the end they get their food and it's usually right. but check them to make sure they have their sauce with their nuggets. food: 4/5
I don't believe in non-chocolate friosties, but pfefferminzfröschen have stolen my loyalty. they are better tasted, better to dive, and I suppose seasonal, so difficult to get. food: 5/5

I'm shocked. the management has failed this location. it took us 15 minutes at the front of the line, even order. that is unacceptable. wendy’s, do them better.
