I remember a time when Wendy's was the place to go for fast food. Unfortunately, years later Wendy's has declined to the point of terrible food and service. Today at 11:15am I decided to brave it again, but when I pulled up I saw 2 employees sitting outside smoking and one of them was the shift manager. What was weird is that the first thing they said to us was they only take cash, no credit card. My friend ordered a chicken sandwich. She noticed there was no lettuce, so when she went to the counter to ask, they said there is a nation wide recall. Fair enough. She came back and started eating it. The bread was really stale. She had a stomachache for the rest of the day. My dollar cheese burger was cooked so well done that the patty was dried out. My fries were not plump either, but rather dry. This is the best Wendy's location that I have ever been to. I have been coming to this location for a few years now and your location never disappoints me. Wether I dine in or go through the drive thru my is always nice and hot steam comes off of it. When you Dine In the dining room is always nice and clean. Customer Service is amazing each and every time I stop in. The Crew and the Managers you guys go above and beyond Customer Service. I wish I could rate your restaurant 10 stars.
The food was hot and correct! Unfortunately, there were only 2 employees. I was in the drive through for 22 minutes before I ordered and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Then I got to the order screen and waited 10 minutes to place my order. Then I waited another 7 minutes at the window before getting my food. The employees that were there doing all the work deserved a pat on the back because I could tell they were doing their best.
I arrived at 8:50 PM, but the place was already locked up, even though they claimed they closed at 9. I was disappointed since it wasn't even 9 yet, and all I wanted was some ice for my 5-year-old daughter. I ended up going to Lakes Station, where I received better ice and much better service. Based on all the negative reviews, it seems like they really need to improve their management!
The best thing here is the staff, courteousand friendly.Clearly they are short staffed as the place wasn't getting cleaned and stocked as often as needed. It is a busy location, so cleaning and stocking should be a must.My order took a while (in fast food life, not too long in regular parameters).Easy parking and good location.Good menu and good flavors, food was perfect.

The worst Wendy's ever! This place needs a new manager! Placed an order and they forgot over half of our food! The food we did receive was gross and undercooked, cold fries! Raw burger! Nothing in the chili except liquid! Never again!
Don't stop here! Today is August 9th . I am dining in or trying to. Still waiting! After 30 min. The customer before us waited 40 minutes. Never seen anything like it. What the heck?
