Wow. Where do I begin? I feel awful for the daytime staff, because they actually do their jobs. I don?t know who manages this place at night, but the service is nothing short of shameful. The orders are wrong. The workers get cussed out and berated bymanagement, so why would they have any incentive to perform their job well? Not to mention, they don?t get paid a great dealanyway. The managers at this location are AWFUL. The owner of this location is AWFUL. The drive thru is slow, inaccurate, andoften times claims to be missing food you wish to order. These problems STINK of a greedy manager who cares little about hisemployees and less about his customers. From now on, I will be taking my bus...
I went to the restaurant hoping to try some specific menu items, but unfortunately, they weren't available. However, the lady at the drive-thru was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the situation. She took responsibility and handled everything with such grace that it turned the experience around for me. Thanks to her, this review is definitely positive! I always enjoy the food there! #doublestacksrule!!
The food and service speed were both good, but the girl at the drive-thru needs to work on her attitude. Having been a fast food manager at Hardee's myself many years ago, I can say this from experience: I've seen all kinds of attitudes come through the drive-thru. The girl who served me has probably encountered each one, yet she should still strive to smile and appreciate each customer.
Yesterday morning, the woman at the drive-thru was incredibly rude. I asked for water, but instead of ringing it up individually, she charged me for a combo that included a drink. When I pointed it out, she was dismissive and insisted it would have cost the same, which wasn’t true. To top it off, the potatoes were cold. I definitely won’t be returning if she's working the drive-thru.
Went through the drivethru and ordered a Dave?s triple just ketchup and cheese first one they fully loaded went back through and they game me another one that was also fully loaded beyond disappointed. Tried to call them six times no answer had to leave a voicemail never going here again. Also no one was wearing a mask or gloves pathetic .
That was very fast. Not to mention that I came another order through my door disc that was added to another order, and they were able to hand me the second order immediately after the first. If this usually happens in other restaurants, I have to wait an innocent time. I was impressed by their exceptional fast and professional service
Nothing wrong with the food. Just this whole restaurant just needs to be refurbished. The carpet looks old, only one soda machine, order menu is old, seating arrangements looks like they need to be replaced, restroom is working with a hand dryer (nopaper towels), some of the walls is cracked, and few employees on hand.
