I walked into the store to place an order. There were 4 people before me. 3 of the people were from the drive through. The first was tapping her hamburger bun on the counter with a resounding tone. The second had two entree wrong. The person handling her order was initially going to rebuild the sandwiches until another person intervened and threw them in the trash. The third was missing an item. The forth was an UberEATS driver. He noted the order was missing a drink. An employee handed him a cup to dispense his own from a dispenser in the dining room. My turn but only until all those people were taken care of and then getting a what do you want?
Incredibly inconsistent and not worth the price anymore. Every few months, the owners of this location let things slip for too long and upset corporate. Then they get their act together and start making sure employees actually answer the drive-thru outside of peak hours or that they don't start yelling at customers during lunch rush for asking why the soda machine only has seltzer water. Right now is one of those down periods. Don't count on this place actually serving you past 9 PM, and if they do, try not to think too hard about what else you might be getting for inconveniencing the employees by asking them to take your order.
I am allergic to tomatoes. I ordered my food and told them no tomatoes. I pay for my food and didn’t receive a receipt. I called the store and got no answer. I continued to call the store until I got the manager. I told the manager about my allergy and that I checked the sandwich right before biting it. He told me he gave the right food. I asked for his name and he refused to give his name. Moral of the story, good customer service is hard to find at Wendy’s
One of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The service is terrible, even when you’re kind and patient. I am only writing this because it’s the third time in a row that we’ve had kindness returned with rudeness for simply asking for an item they missed or gotten wrong. Reviews don’t change much for chain establishments, just sharing for those that have less patience for the basics. The one woman working drive thru is awesome though and very kind.

Clean, efficient, good service and good, just a regular old Wendy's. It is in a good location to find near the Leesburg outlets and easy. It is a modern and elevated place, although the tables would have used some cleaning. Oh! You have these cool well machines where you have a gear. Almost too many! I have to keep it in perspective... awarded for Wendys!
The food here is just a step above McDonalds. They try so hard to be like arbys and charge arbys prices but the food is just ok. The staff on the other hand is the worse. I normally order online and go in the drive through to pick up and there is always an issue. Most of the time the staff can not find my order and when they do its almost always wrong.
I enjoyed some delicious food here—hot fries and juicy burgers. The chili cheese chips were tasty, and the fries were excellent as always. The service was decent, and the place was clean. The customer service was very good, and overall, this is a great location. I left this fast food restaurant feeling very satisfied!
Everything is always fresh and hot. I usually get the Daves Single and it's always delicious. Fries are hot and not too salty and the nuggets are crispy and fresh. I usually eat inside, the tables are clean and the staff are all very friendly.

This Wendy's location is great! The food is delicious, and the drive-thru experience is efficient. I've always gotten exactly what I ordered. The staff is friendly, which adds to the overall positive experience. I really enjoy coming here!
Standard Wendy's fare. The store is clean , there was a haze in the air, when we entered.
