Last night 7-23-2022 My family and I went to the Fort Worth location at 6321 Wichita Street at 11:52am and the young man that was working drive thru stated to me that they are closed. I asked him are you sure because the website and your door states 1:00am. He said yeah I'm sure and proceeded to ignore me. I then called the inside of the location hoping to speak to a manager and to no avail no one answered. I was literally sitting there looking at the employees do absolutely nothing. To make matters even worse, the was a car in front of me parked in drive thru awaiting their order I believe and 3 more cars behind me that he did the exact same thing to. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. I went on a Wednesday evening, and the staff member who took our order had a bad attitude, even though it was only 7:30 PM. I also found out that they don't accept the Wendy app, which was surprising. The croissant bread was hard, as if it had been sitting out for too long. This place really needs better management or might as well be closed for good, considering the terrible reviews it has received. To add to my disappointment, the fries were bland and some were even undercooked.
This location typically has horrible customer service and the food isn’t always the best. But this was the worst Food condition I’ve gotten so far. My nuggets were burnt and half cooked. I do not know why they would serve these to anyone when they looked like this. I did not have time to go back and complain or ask for a new order, so my daughter had to only eat the fries because she was hungry.
Normally I just leave places if I sense a bad attitude from the staff. Today I went ahead and ordered anyway and got a raw chicken nugget and you know the burger is greasy if the top of the bun is oily! Now my stomach hurt stomach thought I'd let yall know to visit this place at your own risk. No receipt was given to prove the transaction so next time I'll just eat air lol

I got the $5 Bigge Bag with the chicken sandwich. My nuggets were good however, the chicken sandwich was dry and cold and my fries were extremely salty. There was no ice for my drink. I ate my nuggets which were good but ended up trashing everything else. With the price of gas now it wasn't worth returning to the store for an exchange or money back.
I ordered a spicy chicken Asian-style sandwich with pub fries, but what I received was a regular chicken sandwich that was undercooked, along with regular fries instead of what I ordered. I had to wait a long time for my order, and in the end, it was incorrect. While the staff were apologetic, I still left feeling unsatisfied. Food rating: 1/5.
Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. We had to wait 20min before we could get our food, finally got it and it seemed a lil under cooked but wasn’t sure, well I now have the stomach bug from the CHICKEN! something told me not to eat it. this is horrible! I will never go back!
Says they're closing at 1:00. I was there at 10:00 and no one got an order. They moved away and saw 2 employees lying over the seats in the dining room and watching their phones. Terrible staff in this place.

I love going to Wendys except this one the employees are just playing around I was in the drive thru for 10 min there wasn't any other cars I went in side and they were playing so I just went somewhere else.
Do you have some time to kill? You've come to the right spot. I'm not bothered by the place having a bit of a weed smell, but I can't quite understand why it takes so long to make a few hamburgers.
