For number one you are not able to go in because the lack of employees maybe because of lack of wages that you all pay your employees. I went through the drive-through I have a family of 7 I ordered 7 biggie bags they told me I had to order it 24 hours in advance no one pre orders Wendy's burgers. There was only my car and one other car in the drive-through and I tried to they had no other customers they could have fixed those 7 burgers if that's the way you think you're gonna gain customers then you're wrong then you're wrong. I am very much disappointed this was your chance to win over a new customer 7 cause my family is of 7. Every Wendy's that I have been to within a past month I have not ordered anything from because the drive-through is only open and they turn you around when you're trying to make a big family order so is this not a family owned operated business.
Like other reviewers I have previously pulled up and the location was closed when it should be open and previous employees were before, but not excessively nice or helpful. But I visited last night and the service was phenomenal. Idk when she was under new management or something, but my order was right, hot and fresh. The woman who worked the window was friendly and fast and very smiling (which I like to see when I am a patron). I ordered chili and it was thick, not runny like a chili soup and it was delicious! Hopefully the ladies who work last night will be the new standard because they were great.
Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes to finally be greeted at the second window, shen there was only 2 other cars in line. One of my coworkers called me and said they didn't want the food I ordered, so I told the manager at the window when I was finally greeted that I needed to cancel that burger and he blatantly rolled his eyes in disgust. Was never given my receipt and my food was practically thrown at me. Normally like to come to this location cause it's so close to my job, but this was very disappointing.
