we've been here about a month ago and have been through the drive. we asked for a certain article to be omitted from one of the meal times we are bought due to food allergy. when we came into the window, we were immediately greeted with unmistakable and steadfast. we always give everyone the advantage of the doubt that they may have only one bad day, so that we politely still smiled and asked how would we know what the product had on the meal and what you did not. she rolled our eyes and said ugh! I don't know that I'm sure it's marked because it locked the window in the face and left. Sad, as we were short for the time and had to leave, we found out that they were not marked and none of the...
This Wendy's used to be pretty good but every single time we've gone there in the last 4-5 months, our order is wrong and we're missing food. Don't ever count on having your customizations for your food right, so if you have allergies, this isn't the place for you. They often close their dining room, so when you find you're missing things or you're given the wrong food, you have to go through the ridiculously long drive thru line again. One night recently, it took over an hour of doing this because they kept messing up our food. Honestly, we probably won't be back anytime soon.
I ordered the Double Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger. The attached photo is what I got. 2 dry patties, no bacon. Additionally, with no photo however, was my half-full fry container. I paid for a large and expected a fry volume to match. At least the Frosty turned out okay. There was no one in the drive-thru and no one in the lobby when we stopped by, so I would expect an error of this magnitude to not happen. I understand when things are rushed because of immense traffic, or due to understaffing, however neither was the case here.
Waited here in line for 15 minutes to order and not once did they take an order at the counter. It was actually faster to download their app and put in my order then it was to get service at the counter. Hopefully this gets solved as they hire more staff. Once i actually placed my order, it still took about about 20 minutes to get my food. Aside from being short staffed, it seemed like everyone behind the counter had no urgency to their actions. Despite ordering through the app and waiting in the drive thru line, they still had to fulfill the order at the window. Waited at the window as well and the food was still cold. Fries were salty and not hot crispy like their advertisements. Horrible experience. The drive thru workers were nice and the drink was good. I was expecting so much more from Wendy's. This Wendy's location is horrible.
The first time they had frostys the second they were all out&the fries were barely warm and starting to harden. I'd call first to make sure they have certain items you want . Don't use the app unless they have the item. They won't give you a refund at the establishment you'll have to go thru the Wendy's app contact us to get your refund.
