Upon entering the dining area, I wasn't greeted at all. After I placed my order at the kiosk, it took an additional 18 minutes for my food to arrive. Unfortunately, when it did, it was lukewarm—my fries were cold, and the sandwiches were prepared incorrectly. The chili was also just warm. The staff seemed more focused on chatting and moving at a leisurely pace, while the manager was on the phone with an earbud in, which came across as unprofessional. There was no sense of urgency, despite the drive-thru line wrapping around the building. Overall, considering it's a new store, I would give it a D.
Every single time I come here the staff is insanely kind and welcoming! I have never had even a slightly bad experience at this location. The food is always so fresh tasting and the line has never taken a long time for me. The person taking my order neverrushes me, they are always so patient and the staff talks with you about any new menu items. I wish I could give the staff amillion stars each. They are all awesome and they all deserve a kudos
Absolute trash... I ordered 6 biggie bags and all the food was cold... the fries were cold and old... I had them make me some fresh fries and they were warm but still looked old... you can never dine in... and the food is absolute trash
A big shout-out to the manager for whipping up a fresh salad for me on the spot! I was looking for a quick bite, and the simple baked potato was nice and hot. Thank you to the ladies for your warm smiles and positive energy!

Man Wendy’s was so wonderful the greeting of the time customer service fantastic staff and thank you some much for me thru in a timing way to get Highly recommend food fresh and hot....
The woman at the second drive-thru window between 5:30 and 6:00 PM today was incredibly kind and friendly. She had her hair tied back in a ponytail. Thank you for handing me my food!
Went there in the middle of a lunch rush and ordered 16 burgers and 4 fries. They did an amazing job getting my order to me quickly. It was fresh and correct. Thank you all.
This is the best Wendy's in the area. Everyone here was very friendly and attentive. Plus, they were on top of everything. I had a quick and efficient experience.
