Can I give negative stars?? Went in yesterday for the first time in 15 years to Wendy 's.. this location was horrible. The bathroom was messy but the worst part twas the service at the counter. The first girl took my friends order wrong and didn 'tbother to take mine before walking away. Then some other lady comes up to take my order and gives me attitude because I askednot lettuce or tomato and she snap the classic or something like that and I didn 't know so I asked for clarification and shesnapped back with an attitude again. We cancelled our orders and left. Will not be spending money with people that treatcustomers like that. Very unprofessional staff and you could tell no one was happy...
The staff at this restaurant is amazing. Jared was particularly outstanding today; he let me know that the dining room was open, which helped me avoid a long wait in the car line. He even helped me with my belongings as I got into the car. The cashier was also very friendly, even under pressure. Overall, the employees here are fantastic, and the food is quite good as well!
None of the staff were wearing masks. One employee approached the window, enthusiastically referred to us as "sexy," and asked what we wanted. This was a car full of teenage girls, and we felt quite uncomfortable and uneasy. Ultimately, we decided not to order any food because we were so frightened. I definitely won't be going back. It was an awful experience.
The cashiers here have poor attitudes. The one with braids and a star tattoo by her eye was rude to the customer in front of me. I clearly stated "NO BACON" for my order, yet I still received bacon. After I complained, she just removed the bacon without any explanation. When I asked another worker for a fresh chicken sandwich, she ignored me completely.

I took the grandkids here because they wanted to go, and we had a wonderful experience! The food and service were fantastic. They really wanted a chocolate-covered strawberry, and I have to admit it was delicious. They even finished their entire kids' meals just to earn one! Thank you for a great and fun dinner!
This is definitely one of the best fast food places in the area. I didn't rate it 5 stars because I believe there's always room for improvement, and I want to see them get even better! The service is friendly, and the food tastes great! Keep up the fantastic work!
The service was incredibly fast, courteous, and friendly. My friend and I visited for lunch while in uniform, and I think the manager graciously offered us a discount, which we really appreciate. The fries were also delicious!
This is definitely the best Wendy's I've ever visited. The food is consistently hot and fresh, and the service is both friendly and quick, no matter how busy they are. It's truly impressive!

08/25/22: Dear Wendy's Service was Kool, but I asked for extra onions.......and this definitely ain't it. ???? I'm shol mad that it was on the receipt but still made wrong. ????
Big Wendy? The food was delivered exactly as requested and was served steaming hot. The prices were reasonable, and the staff were very friendly.
