I don't take pleasure in writing this negative review, but I was really disappointed yesterday. I placed a to-go order and just as I started to speak, a team member interrupted to check on whether the elderly person next to me had been helped. I found that a bit unusual but tried to let it go. I ordered two triple burgers and a single burger, but when I got home, I discovered that I had received one double burger, one single burger, and a chicken sandwich instead. Since I don't have my receipt, I had no choice but to accept the mistake. This shows a lack of professionalism on your part, unfortunately.
I asked the employee at the drive-thru why I needed to pull forward when there were no other cars waiting. In response, they put black, rotten lettuce on my sandwich, along with a tomato that still had the stem attached, which felt like a petty act of retaliation. I had to go back and request a refund from the manager, who promptly resolved the issue after inspecting the sandwich. I will never come back to such a poorly managed Wendy’s again.
There's nothing positive to say about this place. The staff is unfriendly, the service is sluggish, and I've never received my order correctly. I usually just ask for a burger and a drink, which shouldn't be difficult, but they always manage to mess it up. The location is convenient for me, so I've tried coming back to see if things have improved, but I end up disappointed every time. You won't have a good experience here.
The food was awful! I ordered a fish sandwich that tasted old and had to return it. The second one was overcooked, and the salad was wilted. Fish sandwiches should be good, but like many fast food places, they used a smaller, cheaper fillet that showed in the taste. I really wish they focused more on quality control rather than offering so many items!

(New Manager needed) I live near by and eat here a lot and it has pregesivly gotten worse so bad I dont want to go anymore. Cold fries dried out cold burger meat and dry cold buns!!! Anf this time I ordered a double and got a single??? Paid todouble!!! Miss managed store!! Wendy's is supposed to be juicy right??? What happen??
I would give Wendy's 3 stars because they often get our order wrong unless we double-check everything. The food is usually good, but it’s frustrating when we don’t receive what we asked for. They should consider upgrading their drive-thru intercom system or employing staff who speak fluent English.
I ordered a cheeseburger from Wendy's menu with mustard, explicitly asking for no mayo and no ketchup. Despite repeating my order multiple times to be clear, my burger arrived covered in ketchup. It was a disappointing experience. Additionally, the fries were neither hot nor crispy.
Sorry your advertisement for hot and crispy fries is not correct. I am 80 yrs old and live 3 blocks from your place. Last 2times fries was not crispy or hot the chicken nuggets were just so so. Can't understand unable to enter have use drive thru.

I was quite disappointed with our sandwiches; they were quite messy, and we had to wait a long time for them. We will not be coming back to this restaurant.
The wait at this restaurant is consistently lengthy, and I’m amazed they are still in operation.
