I always have issues with wrong orders it's always been a terrible place as far as how customers are treated but about a week ago was last straw I ordered 35$worth food and my 2 baconators had one patty on each sandwich with one piece bacon and oozing with ketchup and mustard I took pictures of them and went back next day and contacted the manager (because I was already home when we opened them)and the manager tells me that the picture don't look like baconators I'm like yeah that's the point they were nasty I wasn't asking for my whole order to be fixed just to at least acknowledge they wrong and at least offer to make it right but she tells me she's not doing anything with a very nasty att...

I was told that my food would take around 6 minutes to arrive, and that was perfectly fine with me. However, after I paid, Latisha generously offered my husband and me complimentary drinks to compensate for the wait! She was absolutely lovely! Thank you for the outstanding customer service. If she isn't the manager, she certainly deserves to be!
The gentleman who took our order was friendly and pleasant. I ordered the pretzel pub burger but ended up receiving, and being charged for, a triple burger. I checked the menu afterwards, and a triple is not the usual option. The fries were lukewarm. I wouldn't return to this location. However, the spicy chicken meal was hot and tasty.

I had a fantastic experience! The food was served hot and fresh, as it always is. The staff were friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. I love coming here when I don't feel like cooking. We usually receive excellent service during our visits.

The experience was quite unpleasant. They never have the strawberry frosty, which is the only flavor my child enjoys. When I asked, the staff simply said they only had chocolate. It was really rude.
