I live just 5-7 minutes away and often dine at this restaurant in the evenings. I've consistently had great experiences here. There was one time when the chocolate machine for the Frostys was not working, and I had to cancel my order for three. The staff was very apologetic and even offered me a complimentary vanilla Frosty with strawberries, which showed their genuine concern for customer satisfaction. This demonstrates excellent customer service and a commitment to building relationships with customers. Many people tend to leave reviews only when they're unhappy, so don’t let a few negative comments influence your opinion. This is truly one of the best Wendy’s locations to visit!
I've had multiple frustrating experiences trying to use the Wendy's app for rewards at this location. The staff seems unfamiliar with how to operate it, which means I can't take advantage of the offers. It's unclear why they would promote a feature that doesn't function properly. Additionally, the interior of the restaurant is quite unclean. It’s evident that tables aren’t wiped down regularly, and there’s trash accumulating under every table.
Today's experience was incredibly disappointing. We encountered long wait times in the drive-thru, and it only got more chaotic once we stepped inside the restaurant. The staff seemed unsure of their roles and responsibilities. When we finally got our order, the $5 Biggie Bag was missing its drink. Additionally, I observed at least 16 instances of cashiers rolling their eyes while dealing with other customers during our wait.
The drive-thru staff are generally friendly, but this location is missing an outdoor trash can, which is inconvenient. My customer service experience this morning fell short of expectations. They usually don’t provide receipts and don’t ask if you would like one. It shouldn't be up to me to request proof of purchase to ensure I’m being charged correctly for my order.

I've always felt valued as a customer at this restaurant. Every staff member, including Sandra, Ryan, Christina, and others, has a friendly and positive demeanor. The food is not only consistently fresh but also beautifully presented. They truly go above and beyond to deliver exceptional dishes.
My opinion of this Wendy’s has changed over the years, but the daytime staff around lunch are all super nice. It’s clearly well-managed at the moment, at least on that shift. Food-wise, it’s always fresh. Orders are wrong from time to time but we come here a lot.
I truly wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. Flies were everywhere, and seeing so many of them was quite nauseating. When I went to the bathroom, I found more flies there as well. This issue really needs to be addressed. We will not be coming back.
The food was decent, but I’m not a big fan of the meat. The service was below expectations, though I understand it can be hard to find people willing to work these days. Overall, I just wanted to finish my meal and leave.

I've been to this restaurant three times, and each time my fries were cold and tasted stale. Additionally, the drinks were only filled three-quarters full. I won’t be coming back for a fourth visit.
The food is exactly what you’d expect from Wendy's—delicious! The only downside I experienced at this location was having to circle the building twice to access the drive-thru.
