Let's face it... It's Wendy's, but there is something to be said when you pull up to order drive-thru and they tell you all the have is nug gets and fries because they are short staffed. What that means is you no one to work the grill or make a sandwich.Why are you even open? That's next-level incompetence from the management and/owners that are either unable to train a reliablestaff, or just paying them so little that they don't care enough to come in to work. If you are a burger joint and can't serveburgers, what's the point?
Dine at your own risk here! Thought I would grab a quick burger and was horrified to see that the cashier in drive thru wasn't wearing a mask. But more importantly, he wasn't wearing gloves as he touched my fries! We are in the middle of a pandemic! Come on people, you have to do better! Called the manager and I was told that they are not mandated by Wendy's corporate to wear gloves or masks. Not looking to get a side of COVID-19 with my dining experience so I'm passing on this place from now on.
If I could give this place less than one star, I absolutely would. I experienced the worst food poisoning I've ever had, which completely ruined my weekend and ended up costing me nearly $300. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant!

Whoever the male manager at the drive-thru window was on 11-11-2022 at 12:23pm should get an attitude check. No reason to be rude and cuss at your staff and at me either. I will not be returning to this location
The service is excellent and one of the best branches of Wendy's in north carolina. The drive-thru is quick and the workers are very nice and humble. Always ready and on time. I strongly recommend this branch.
Consistent with what we expect from Wendy?s. The nuggets and fries are always crispy here. This location has been very speedy in recent weeks.
Very friendly. Very fast service. Clean restaurant. Far better than several other Wendys i have been to.
