Well, after parking, we saw the mgr outside on a smoke break. We asked him if the dining room was open, he rudely answered yes!!! Then, we ordered two five dollar biggie bags. One was the junior Bacon cheeseburger and a junior double cheeseburger, both were without ketchup. Everything was really good and hot! Upon looking at the receipt, we noticed I was charged an extra 1.25 for extra bacon. We didn't order extra bacon. The young man on the register was really friendly! He noticed the mistake, he tried telling the mgr about the mistake, the mgr would not look at me. Then the mgr told the boy on the register the reason for the extra charge was for the extra bacon!! I arrived at Wendy’s where the line was in the street. I observed 3 cars pulled off to the side with people waiting to get food. I observed traffic stopped at ordering screen for over 17 minutes, with no one at the pay or pickup windows. It was completely empty on that side. I observed three employees walk out to sidewalk, while one of them walked to delivered one partial order to one of the waiting cars. I observed all three of them let the door close and resulted in being locked out. One of them walked to drive thru window and spoke for about a minute, then the door was open by another staff. I would love to give this place -5 stars. I have never seen a fast food place so unprofessional or disorganized. I get it since COViD everyone is short handed but if you get get the job done stay closed!! The two staff that were there were two busy letting in their friends and girlfriends to get free food/drinks then to care or pay attention to the mile long row of people on the drive thru. After trying to be polite and watching many other people leave, I took left after waiting 45 minutes and STILL not able to get to the menu to even order food. Stay away from this place, they clearly don’t know what they are doing. So sad!!!
Called before I left my hotel to make sure they had frostys..they said yes, got there at 1030pm, FINALLY got to the speaker to place my order at 11:15pm, ordered our frostys and the only thing she said was “no frostys”!!! I said, are you sure because I called and they said y’all definitely had them still. She said “nope”! I said, this is ridiculous when I called before I came and waited 45 minutes in a line that was only 6 cars long! Now I understand staff shortages but that wasn’t the problem, there were plenty of people in there! She said, “look lady I said we don’t have any”!!! Seriously, how rude!

Poor customer service. The order was given to the person 2 times. Burger, cheese, lettuce tomatoes and mayo. Received burger, cheese, onions, ketchup, lettuce and pickles. Not what I ordered. I asked for Fries no salt. Received fries with salt. Manager was rude unprofessional. The only reason why we had to go to nasty Wendy's is because McDonald's was closed. This Wendy sucks.
Always very nice people work the drive-thru, but they never have enough help. The dining room is closed for two and a half years. Are two huge pots on the Drive-Thru window that literally tear your car apart when you have a small car. Such a shame that this place has been there for 40 years, and in recent years it is just downhill.
I just left the restaurant because we had a voucher. I ordered the Spicy Sandwich Combo, but I found the inside of the place to be quite unclean. The drink machine was problematic as well! It was around 90 degrees inside, with the heat turned up high, making it unbearable to eat there. It was just too hot!
The food was okay. What can you really expect when you're stuck in the drive-thru for 40 minutes? The staff could use a better manager. They're friendly, but I can see the frustration in their eyes. #NEEDSIMPROVEMENT

For a quick meal, Wendy's drive-thru gets the job done. It's nothing fancy, but the Number 1 combo with a single cheeseburger, fries, and a Coke is filling enough.
