Wendy's - Reservar una mesa

The guy at the counter was nice and even let my kids choose the toy they wanted for their kids meal.The food was great as it was freshly prepared and tasted as it should.Unfortunately, the experience turned for the worst when I had ask the manager to please correct the burger that was incorrectly prepared. She spoke down to me as if I don’t know what a double stack looks like. After viewing my receipt to ensure that was what I indeed ordered, she grabbed the burger I brought back and flung it into the trash with an attitude and proceeded to make another. Although this can be considered a common mistake, the kitchen made the mistake yet, I as the customer had no need to be treated in this manner.This manager needs Customer service training asap.

Lack of staff make this location undependable. We have tried to visit here twice but they were closed due to staff shortages both times.
