I placed an online order to pick up through the drive thru, primarily because I have a bad leg. Ordering through the app was splendid, but when I went to pick up, it wasn't ready but they asked me to come in. I said I'd rather not because I have a bad leg, do they told me to wait in the parking lot. After doing that for almost 15 minutes, I went through the drive thru again and they said they thought I was coming in. I reminded them of our conversation and that I was waiting in the lot as instructed. They told me to pull around and handed me my food, without apology and barely a look. It's my local Wendy's and generally I receive good service. Every location has an off moment, but my hope is that, minimally, people can apologize when a mistake is made. That moment told me she told me to come in, but didn't quite listen to my reply or simply forgot about it. Looking forward to changing my rating in the future.
