2020.07-25/0800; Was passing through to Laguna Beach early morning and we all found out Wendy's had breakfast. Since we all never had it, we thought we'd try it. Surprisingly excellent. The croissant sandwiches were delicious! The Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits were delicious, too. The breakfast fries were delicious as well. The only thing that was terrible at this location was the drive through attendants attitude. That's okay, we were just saying thank you and she didn't even say a word or even crack a smile. Other than that, I would definitely eat at any other Wendy's again. The food and prices were excellent.
Initially, the restaurant may seem sparsely attended during the peak hours, but if you navigate through the busy queue, you can be served quickly in the lobby. This is a significant advantage for those catching a flight and pressed for time while feeling hungry. It’s also a great option for anyone looking to shop around in the square. The menu is both delicious and nutritious, and I must admit that they have improved significantly since 2019—perhaps they have a new chef? The prices are competitive, especially for someone like me who doesn't typically frequent fast food establishments. I highly recommend it!
I don 't understand. I use the drive thru and order 2 combos with the hamburgers plain, and a side of BBQ sauce (saw it added to the order on the screen). Pull up to the window, pay for the food, finally get the food and drive away. We find out there is no packet of BBQ sauce. So back thru the driveway I go. THATS WHEN THEY TELL ME we don 't have any more BBQ sauce why didn 't they tell me? Give me a chance to get something else for dressing?
Clean. My order jalapeño bacon burger with two patties came out super fast. It?s not as crowded as McDonald?s. Kind of strange but my data signal was a whack when I was here. So, I tried to get connected via their WiFi, which is a bit clunky to get connected. Once you?re connected, you?re good for 2 hours (which is included in the disclaimer). I like their soda machine. One can enjoy as many flavors of Coca Cola products.

I had a great experience with the manager when I brought up a charge I had disputed on my credit card. A few weeks ago, there was a power outage, and by the time my order was ready on the app, the restaurant was closed when we attempted to pick it up. Today, I reached out to the manager for assistance, and he simply offered to refund my money. It was a much simpler process compared to dealing with my credit card company.

No matter how many times I come here, no matter the time, the drive through wait is always absurdly long. Today was 33 minutes. I understand that things happen but the food quality here is not any better nor is it worth the wait. Every other Wendy's I am in and out within 5 minutes with the same quality of food. Unless you're trying to kill time, you're better served going somewhere else

Disgusting hamburger? Next time I will not tolerate this anymore I will open my food at the drive-through window and take a look to see if the burger patty has been sitting in a tray somewhere for 30 minutes.. Charging eight dollars for a hamburger thatjust taste worse than anything I could possibly make it my house is criminal and that they should be arrested
This restaurant offers extraordinary service as well as yummy food. One of my favourite restaurants around town. The food arrived quick and the rates are economical. Recommended.
