This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. I had to go back inside twice after waiting in the drive-thru for a long time. My order was completely wrong, and when I asked for it to be remade, it was still incorrect. I thought everything was fixed and walked back to my car, only to realize that I had received someone else's order. After going back inside for a remade order again, it was still wrong. I eventually gave up and will not be returning to this restaurant due to the poor quality of service.
the personal problems must be eliminated. inside is closed although the app says it is open. mobile application points are taken over by construction vehicles. So if they enter an online order, they don't know until they're here that they're stuck in a longer than ordinary running gear through the line.
Well as always Wendy's food is just amazing. Haydin made my order perfect and the girl who took my order was friendly enough. UNFORTUNATELY. This store is in an area of construction and it sucks trying to get into!!! Also it seems very understaffed.
My experience at Wendy's was the worst I've ever had. The single hamburger I ordered tasted and looked like it had been sitting out for a day, and the chicken wrap was lackluster. The service was slow, and the food was terrible.

These people are extremely rude, and do not care about there customers what so ever. If you need help do NOT count on this evening team to help you what so ever. Worst Wendy's in the state.
The wait to be seated at the restaurant was quite long, but the food was fresh. The service was friendly, and I really enjoyed the Ugly Dave's dish I ordered three times.
This is probably the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to. I can’t believe the Arkansas Health Dept. hasn’t shut them down.
