Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. I had to go back inside twice after waiting in the drive-thru for a long time. My order was completely wrong, and when I asked for it to be remade, it was still incorrect. I thought everything was fixed and walked back to my car, only to realize that I had received someone else's order. After going back inside for a remade order again, it was still wrong. I eventually gave up and will not be returning to this restaurant due to the poor quality of service.

The wait times for ordering inside are always unnecessarily long. I waited multiple times and it took 10 minutes before someone finally took my order. By 10 minutes, I mean that I waited past the limit and saw 50 other things being done while I was ignored. It was very frustrating when another customer came in and was immediately helped while I was left waiting. This experience was so frustrating that I decided to give up on Wendy's. The long waiting times are not worth it.

the personal problems must be eliminated. inside is closed although the app says it is open. mobile application points are taken over by construction vehicles. So if they enter an online order, they don't know until they're here that they're stuck in a longer than ordinary running gear through the line.

My experience at Wendy's was the worst I've ever had. The single hamburger I ordered tasted and looked like it had been sitting out for a day, and the chicken wrap was lackluster. The service was slow, and the food was terrible. Reserva una mesa ahora

These people are extremely rude, and do not care about there customers what so ever. If you need help do NOT count on this evening team to help you what so ever. Worst Wendy's in the state.

The staff at this restaurant seemed to be lacking in proper training, which was evident after observing their interaction with the manager. They had no concept of customer service.

The wait to be seated at the restaurant was quite long, but the food was fresh. The service was friendly, and I really enjoyed the Ugly Dave's dish I ordered three times.
