I ordered a meal from Wendy 's (because nothing else was open i asked for no lettuce or ranch sauce and a honey mustard on the side on a spicy chicken sandwich . I got my order about to pull off and the fries were cold, my chicken had lettuce on it and they didn 't even give me the honey mustard! I took the order back in and requested a refund and a rude employee blurted out No Refunds , not Sorry your order is incorrect Sinai requested to speak to a manager which then told me no refunds like, what? I am so pissed with this location. Why are yall open late to just waste people money. I stopped here at 12:30am to order for my 2 kids and myself. There wasnt anything available to drink except 2 drinks. My kids and I got on the expressway right by them just to have cold food. I was to tired to get off and turn around. The fries and nuggets taste like they had be sitting all night. The customer service was bad. They over there just chilling and hanging out. Horribly run location with staff that are surly and rude, and managers that clearly don’t care about the customer. Was served UNDERCOOKED chicken and the staff didn’t seem to care. The girl at the window was more worried about her nails than properly handing me my food that I waited thirty minutes for in the drive-thru. Don’t waste your money here because you’ll get subpar service from ghetto hoodrat teenagers and worthless adults who barely care enough to make sure they do their jobs right. When I called to resolve the issue, I was told I could return to have the sandwiches remade. However, I live 30 minutes away and needed to pick my child up from school, so going back wasn't an option. As a result, I ended up with just chicken nuggets and those hard fries. The manager informed me that he couldn’t offer any other solutions since he wasn’t sure if he would be there if I came back another day. All I ordered was a Dave's triple sandwich with no ketchup and no, mayonnaise. That is really messed up to get a order so simple messed up. They literally just threw it in my bag. The restaurant needs new management! The wait time is excessive, often taking 3 to 5 minutes just to get seated. Even after you get in, they won't take your order right away! Only one side of the kitchen was operating, which slowed things down. The manager, a girl with really long hair, was handling things, but the team needs stronger leadership.
