Wendy's - Reservar una mesa

They got my order wrong, I asked for a little bit of ice, they filled both cups up with ice. Then I find out later that they gave me a double burger which was not what I ordered. Then they gave me extra food that I did not order, which I gave back. I just want what I ordered, nothing more, nothing less.

Don?t go here. I placed a mobile order and waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes for them to tell me I have to go inside and the door is locked. Terrible communication here. What restaurant do you know requires you to GO INSIDE for a mobile order? If you didn?t want to do your job just say that. Lazy

It took 20 minutes for three sandwiches. Everyone walking around inside some on their cell phones I was doing a lot of conversation with other customers but no food being prepared the outside worker doesn't know the menu and standing too far away from the menu to be read. I will not be returning

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!! Just watched an employee smoke a cigarette outside with GLOVES ON then go back inside without removing them ?

Service not so good due to the drive thru, I go for the frosty's, freeze them and they're great
