I’m assuming the owner doesn’t care about these negative reviews because no action has been taken. Came in for a new product orange creamsicle milk shake. They don’t have yet there’s plenty of signs hanging in this place advertising. Had I known I would haven’t came. This is why these fast food chains are closing. By the way, this is the first time I’ve came to this Wendy’s, and I live in Manning and probably will be the last
I had a pleasant experience during my visit today. This location had run out of regular Dr. Pepper and Coke, so we had to opt for alternative drinks. The burgers were hot and fresh, just like the fries! We almost decided not to exit off I-95 due to the negative reviews, but I’m glad we did because the food was truly delicious, especially at the start of lunch today.
Simple order of a Dave's double combo with a substitute of queso fries and a lemonade add on of a salad and chili for my Wife . Got home to find chili , salad and queso fries and lemonade NO DAVE'S DOUBLE. AT ALL . This has become the Norm here rather than just an oops . Too bad, I used to enjoy wendys for the variety but never again .
I went through the drive-thru today, and it was really busy, but the gentleman taking orders, Jalen, was incredibly nice and polite. A big shoutout for excellent customer service!
