A friend and I tried to enter through the door, it was locked. We attempted to go through the drive through on foot and we were ignored. When someone else went through in a car, the lady at the window proceeded to yell at the man saying he needed to be in a car. He tried to explain that he was in a car and we were the ones (strangers) who were not. I asked her if she couldn’t have served us without a car why couldn’t she have just let us know so we hadn’t wasted time. She said if we didn’t leave she would call the police. This restaurant is at risk of falling into the same fate as Burger King if they continue to operate this way. I visited last night around 9:40 PM after checking Google, which said they were open until 10 PM. However, when I arrived, the drive-thru was closed. I expected this due to the recent snowstorm, but the sign indicated that the dining area was still open. I entered, only to be informed at the door by a woman that they were closed. I pointed out that their posted hours said they were open until 10 PM, and she responded that they closed early because of the weather, or something to that effect. First let me state that I live .4/10 of a mile from this Wendy’s. I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches a medium fries and a root beer soda. The bill was over $20 dollars and change. When I got home in less than 2 minutes in 86 degree temperature I opened the package of grilled chicken sandwich which was brown on one side and less than a 1/4 of an inch thick but it was ice cold. The fries were the same. Sooo I opened the second chicken sandwich and it was the same. ICE COLD. When you go to this place order inside in the dining room. Maybe your sandwich and fries will be warm.
I had a really frustrating experience at this restaurant. The staff member I encountered had an outrageous attitude and was extremely sassy with me, despite the fact that I was being respectful. When I ordered a large fries, he only filled my container halfway, giving me what seemed like a small instead. I was still hungry, especially since the fries were cold. To make matters worse, we had to circle back through the drive-thru three times to get our three orders. He was rude and disrespectful, while I continued to treat him politely.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I asked for a toco salad. I got a Caesar salad with chili no dressing. I'm mad cause this is not the first time this happened there but it will definitely be the last.
The cheeseburgers were cold and had too much mayo, which I didn’t want. I ordered two different sets of chicken nuggets, but both orders were incomplete. I’m very disappointed with this experience.
The food was oily, and I noticed that the employees didn't wash their hands after using the restroom. I can't stay here any longer. Additionally, the manager was very reluctant to issue a refund.
Foods always cold and stale. Chicken was hard as a rock. I’ll drive to the Boro instead.
