My wife went to pick up food for our family, and the bill came out to $50. She realized she had made a mistake and went back to the window, only to find out she had forgotten our daughter's entire meal. The staff actually asked her to return a drink that she had paid for, which was completely unacceptable. The lack of customer service and the need for more training was evident. Even if a mistake was made and an extra drink was added, the inconvenience of having to go back through the line due to forgetting a whole meal was ridiculous. This should have been their top priority, and it was disappointing to see it wasn't.
I have to say, this Wendy's location has really stepped up their game! A perfect 10/10. The staff is incredibly energetic and friendly, always making you laugh from the moment you walk in the door. I haven't encountered any problems here anymore. It's a stark contrast to a few years ago when everyone seemed angry and rushed. It's great to see the positive change! Also, a big thank you to the coworker who suggested the " $2 free frosty for a year with shopping keychain" deal. I use it every time I visit!
this is a beautiful location that I like to visit every moment and then at my cheating days. I see some of the neg reviews and I think that in all the time I went there it is inevitable that they get a few dings wrong, once in awhile but come, they are in the regular kinder, they are working hard again there, have to go, I cut them a bit. also, they can always go and ask them to repair it if there is something so unbearable.
I ordered four 4 for 4 meals and a fish sandwich. They told me it would be ready in 4 minutes, but it took 10 minutes. When they brought my food, the fries were cold and they forgot my chili. They also didn't give me a straw for my drink or a spoon for my chili. I went back inside and they replaced everything, but the sandwiches were still cold. Overall, it was not a great dining experience.

I like their breakfast. Overall good experience at the location once in a while the humans miss something from an order, but they'll fix it without hesitation.The floors are gross though. Not that I eat off the floors, but we feet makes the floor feel greasy.Not a big fan that they no longer wear masks, but they didn't wear them correctly when they had to.
Got a Baconator meal.. it was ok, not very hot for just coming off the presses. Thought they made to order. Fries were luke warm and limp. Tea also tasted funny. Kind of like it had a fruit component to it. Wasn't a fan. All in all an expensive mediocre meal. Would not have gone if McDonald's drive through hadn't been tore up for refurbishing.
I'd give 0 stars if I could. Every one makes mistakes but, this crew are consistant masters at it. Couldn't get an order right if you held their hands. If you can't grasp the concept of NO pickle or know the difference between beef and chicken, find something else to do with your life.
It seems the chicken nugget sauce is always forgotten with kids meals and don't order water there!

Little slow in the drive thru but the food was good and hot. Friendly service at the window.
Biscuits and gravy are decent for a fast food place and the Frostyccino was good too.
