Wendy's - Reservar una mesa

Lady had a paper sign up on the second window that said we would not get our food until we sang a Christmas song. It's all fun and games and no issue so far. We declined saying we don't sing and that we were on a time crunch. But she started getting really aggressive about it, asking us to get out of the car to dance for her instead. I got kids and I know how to take things away when they don't listen Like now I'm REALLY not gonna sing? This went on for several minutes. She finally walked off and someone else gave us our food. They actually messed up one of our sandwiches but I was not going to go back through to fix it. I usually have no issue with this location and I've never seen that lad...

They can't seem to get orders correct. Manager was rude when their register person rang something incorrectly and literally my only option was to not get all of the food I ordered because somehow they couldn't ring a second order with the food I was missing. (I assumed they got my 2 combos and side of baconator fries because they told me they'd have my order total at the window).Specifically I will not be returning to this location after my family all got sick from food poisoning. Waiting for the cultures to come back from my doctor.

HORRIBLE customer service at the store at 1155 Reading Rd. in Mason, OH. 12:30pm on 11/20/21.Kid on the mic mumbled something so I asked him to repeat it. He yelled Gimme some time After taking my money he just slammed with window. He should be polite and say thank you and not yell at customers.

I was having trouble using my rewards for a med fry w a purchase. I asked the guy at the drive up window and he mumbled something at me and a lady asked what I asked then she comes to the window and very rudely tells me she doesn't know how the app works and I need to figure it out.

must really update their hours. by chance, every night closes by 7. I will be briefly insulted, but this is already a past, and it would help to put at least the hours when they close
